Watair™ irrigation technology

Regular irrigation is the most effective method to keep plants healthy. Carmen integrates a water tank into the same formal unit. This irrigation system allows the plant to have constant access to water as well as permanent oxygenation of the roots. We call this new system: Watair™.

By gravity, capillarity, and oxygenation.

Irrigation autonomy of up to 3 weeks

The water tank, located in the lower part, allows for abundant irrigation of the plant without needing to move it. It also stores water, which rises slowly towards the substrate and moistens it, thanks to the capillarity of the threads (according to the needs of each plant). This irrigation system guarantees an irrigation autonomy of up to 3 weeks. It also reduces evaporation and stores water, thereby, consuming less water than a conventional gardening system.

The water falls through the filter and is collected in the tank, where it slowly rises through the capillary wires. The air circulates through the openings and allows for proper oxygenation of the roots, which in turn prevents the water from stagnating.

Roots oxygenation

The two openings that separate the filter from the water tank allow air circulation and adequate oxygenation of the roots. If you combine all this with a correct plant of choice, the Carmen pot provides the ideal conditions required for cultivation of healthy plants.
